You will get the most of Wave extension here, but I'd like to share here, some gadgets and extensions I use in my wave:
1. Emoticony
This contact will make your wave look fun and live with the smileys from what you type. What you have to do is, add this email addres to your contact: emoticonbot@appspot.com
And after that, add this contact wherever you want to use the smileys icon appear in your wave box. Still confused? Learn more at his developer site: Emoticony
2. Rosy Eta Translator
As what that introduction feature said, google wave has translator. But actually, it wasn't available until Andrew make it by himself. How to add is like what you have to do with emoticony. Just add this email as your new contact: aunt-rosie@appspot.com
And then, invite her or add her inside your wave box. That's all, and she will translate what're typed in your wave. This bot using the Google Translator.
